journey-to-balance: It is so easy to get caught up in the business of living. We rarely have time to take a closer look and consider our personal lives. We worry about the urgent needs of the moment, whether at our workplace or within our families or with our friends. So many things around us scream out for our constant attention. We get so caught up in the race to keep up that we tend to lose track of where we really are with our lives …….and who we are becoming. None of us want to look back on our lives and wonder where the years have gone, especially with regrets that we never discovered what it means to live. But if we never stop and question where we are in our lives, this just might be what happens to us ……Reflections, Journey to Balance
